A buying house built for international brands
Inara Sourcing Limited is an apparel buying house in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with offices in China and the UAE. We source garments from a vetted network of partner factories for brands, retailers, importers and private-label programmes in the UK, the US, the EU and beyond — and we stay with each order from the first costing to the container.
You work with one team instead of a chain of factories: we match your styles to the right mills, run sampling, track production against an agreed time-and-action calendar, inspect quality on the line and at the end, and coordinate shipment.
What we source
- Circular knit — T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, trousers and shorts.
- Sweaters — 3GG to 14GG and multi-gauge sweaters, cardigans and knitted socks.
- Sportswear — performance T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, leggings and swim shorts.
- Outerwear — padded jackets, puffers and unpadded jackets.
- Denim — jeans, denim shirts, short pants and shorts.
- Woven — short and full sleeve shirts and woven tank tops.
Monthly capacity across our partner factories:

| Sweater | 3.45m pieces |

How a programme runs
- Brief and costing. You share styles or tech packs, fabrics, target GSM, quantities and a delivery window. We return factory options and costings.
- Factory matching. Each style goes to a partner factory that suits its fabric, quantity and compliance needs.
- Sampling. Proto, fit and pre-production samples move through one team; we develop around 20 new styles a day.
- Time-and-action calendar. After quote approval you receive a complete T&A calendar covering sampling, bulk production and vessel delivery.
- Production follow-up and quality control. Lab dips, inline checks and final inspection, with regular status updates.
- Shipment. Packing, documents and handover for delivery on the terms agreed in your order.
Compliance and certifications
Buyers in the UK, US and EU expect traceable, audited production. The certifications and standards shown on our site are ISO 9001:2015, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), GRS (Global Recycled Standard), Textile Exchange, Friend of ZDHC, EcoVadis (Silver, 2023) and the Higg Index. Tell us your own code of conduct and audit requirements at the brief, and we match your order to factories that meet them.
Why source apparel from Bangladesh
- Scale and specialism. Bangladesh is one of the world’s largest garment exporters, second only to China, with deep capacity in knitwear, sweaters, denim and basics.
- Trade access. Bangladesh currently exports to the EU duty-free under the Everything But Arms arrangement and to the UK under the Developing Countries Trading Scheme. It is scheduled to graduate from Least Developed Country status, with transition periods, so confirm current terms with your customs broker.
- Vertical supply. Many knit and sweater factories spin, knit, dye and sew under one roof or close by, which helps on cost and lead time.
- Ports and logistics. Sea freight leaves through Chattogram; urgent orders can fly from Dhaka.
